We respond to most quote requests within one business day. Requests that come in over the weekend are answered the next business morning.

It depends on the work. Routine lawn maintenance can usually be quoted from the property address and lot size. Design, installation, sod, irrigation repair, and fence work may need an on-site visit so we can measure, check drainage and sun exposure, and see what we're actually working with.

Not for most exterior walk-throughs. If the work involves the backyard, a locked gate, or anything you want to point out in person, it helps to be there. We'll confirm when we schedule.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Material-heavy jobs like sod, mulch, and fencing can shift with supplier pricing, so we'll re-confirm if more time has passed.

Yes. We handle both residential and commercial properties.

Pick whatever you need. Plenty of customers use us only for mowing, or only for a once-a-year cleanup. There's no requirement to bundle.

We trim shrubs, small to mid-sized trees, and ornamental trees. Large tree removal and anything requiring climbing or a crane is outside what we do — we'll refer you to a certified arborist.

Tif 419 Bermuda, Celebration Bermuda, Raleigh and Palmetto St. Augustine, Zeon Zoysia, Palisades Zoysia, Zorro Zoysia, and Emerald Zoysia — the top-performing sod types in North Texas. For new sod we'll recommend the right one based on your sun exposure and drainage, and we source it fresh from a local Texas farm the day of installation.

Weekly or bi-weekly for lawn maintenance, depending on the season and how fast your turf is growing. The schedule can always be adjusted to your preference.

The crew lead walks the property first to spot toys, hoses, pet waste, and irrigation problems. Then we mow at the right deck height for your grass type and season, line-trim around trees, fences, AC units, posts, and bed edges, hard-edge the driveway, sidewalks, and bed lines with a steel-blade edger, and blow all clippings off hard surfaces. The lead does a final walk-through to check gates are latched and note anything you should know about — disease, irrigation issues, weed pressure — for next time.

We work Monday through Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 7am–5pm. Crews run a route, so we can give you a service day but not a precise arrival time.

No. As long as the crew can reach every area being serviced, you don't need to be there.

Leave the gate unlocked on your service day. If it's locked and we can't get in, we'll service the front and note the backyard as missed. Please keep pets inside during the visit; it's safer for them and for the crew, and we latch every gate before we leave.

Pick up toys, hoses, furniture, and pet waste if you can. The crew will work around what's there, but a clear lawn gets a better cut.

Starting prices assume an average lot in reasonable shape. A larger lot, steep slopes, heavy overgrowth, or a property that hasn't been maintained in months takes more time and more haul-off, and the quote reflects that.

No contracts for lawn maintenance — you can stop at any time.

We require a major credit card on file, which is charged for the invoice once the service is performed.

Bagging typically has a small fee. Debris removal is priced according to what needs to be removed.

No. Pricing stays the same all year.

We set deck height for your grass type and the season — taller in summer so the canopy shades the soil and holds moisture, lower in spring and fall. Scalping a North Texas lawn in July is how you lose it.

Clippings get blown off driveways, walks, and patios and back into the lawn, where they break down and return nitrogen to the soil. Bagging is available on request for a small additional fee.

Our quarterly fertilization program covers it: fast-release blends for spring green-up, slow-release through summer, and a potassium-heavy winterizer in fall. We check color, density, and stress before each round so the blend matches what the lawn actually needs rather than a generic calendar.

Before soil temperatures trigger germination — late winter for summer weeds, early fall for winter weeds. Miss the window and you're spot-treating all season instead of preventing.

We identify the actual weed species and confirm your turf type and heat stress before choosing a product, and we spot-treat active weeds rather than blanket-spraying. The applications are pet friendly, but we recommend keeping kids and pets off the lawn for the first 12–24 hours after an application.

It depends on the product. Some need water within 24 hours to activate, others need to stay dry. We leave clear watering instructions after every visit.

Two to three times per week in the early morning, depending on the weather and season. City watering restrictions vary across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Prosper, so always check your city's guidelines for allowed days and times.

The best time to aerate a North Texas lawn is mid-April through mid-June, when soil temperatures are consistently 65 degrees or warmer, with a secondary window in September and October.

We'll service the property as soon as it's dry enough to do the job right — usually the next day.

"Winter" in North Texas seems to vary every year. Some clients prefer we keep coming weekly or bi-weekly, which helps with leaf control and the winter weeds that pop up. Others don't have that need and ask us to come once a month or hold off until March.

We send out guidance on how to get ahead of it and protect your irrigation system, plants, and trees.

We can start Christmas light installation as early as October, and we take everything down the first week of January.

Yes. We carry a general liability policy, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.

We don't expect it, but we're not perfect and mistakes can happen. If a service wasn't up to your standard, email, text, or call us that day and we'll schedule a reservice the next day to address the issues and make it right.
